The house is bisected by a central stair core which contains a multitude of custom windows allowing for a menagerie of views of the surrounding property.

The top of the stair leads to a meditative space offering ocean views while opening onto a roof terrace. Completed while a Designer and Project Manager at MESH Architectures, the program accommodated a developers budget while achieving a high standard in design.
