POULET SANS TETE

Poulet Sans TÊte
Restaurant/ New York, NY

Poulet Sans Tête was established in 2018 as a wildly popular “take-out” option from its sister restaurant, Left Bank, in the West Village. We were asked to develop its architectural branding language while building its own brick and mortar location in The Upper West Side.
This open kitchen concept allows the restaurant to showcase its skilled preparation of its fresh ingredients. Terrazzo floor, antique mirror, basket weave subway tile and whitewashed tin ceiling are some of the classic materials that clad the surfaces of the restaurant. Industrial steel shelving with reclaimed safety glass provide storage moments.
A custom tiled signage wall faces the entry.
